Elina Mäkinen, M.Sc., is an expert in business development and quality, with extensive knowledge of various process, quality, evaluation, risk management, and information management tools and models. She holds numerous certifications both personally and organizationally. In recent years, Elina has been particularly interested in modeling ecosystems and ensuring continuity responsibly. She has gained practical experience in comprehensive business development and management both as a consultant and currently as a member of Arter’s management team and leader of the professional services and customer support.
